Belgium and the Netherlands antique buying trip: warehouses and markets

Source across two countries

This is a buying trip that dips your toes into two countries. We travel across Belgium and the Netherlands sourcing at markets, in the warehouses and private showrooms where the trade buys, and finishing with two of the best events the Low Countries have to offer: the annual Vive la France brocante at Hummelo and the antiques market at Tongeren, the largest in the Benelux. We also experience the region through its countryside, hospitality, and its people. July means long evenings, terraces after fun days hunting, and a celebrated summer fair that happens once a year.

The Vive la France brocante, Hummelo
