These characteristics are considered part of the object's history and are not regarded as defects.

Descriptions, photographs, and condition notes are provided in good faith to represent items as accurately as possible. However:

Booking Terms — Antiques Buying Trips

By reserving a place on an Atelier Chatelaine Antiques Buying Trip, you agree to the following booking terms.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,995 USD is required to secure your place, and your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the trip start date. If the final balance is not received by this deadline, your place may be released and your deposit forfeited.

Due to the small group size and the advance commitments required to arrange accommodation, transportation and exclusive access to fairs and dealers, all deposits are non-refundable. Once the final balance has been paid, the booking is also non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another participant with written approval. If your spot is successfully filled, a partial refund may be issued at Atelier Chatelaine's discretion. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes.

Your booking includes accommodation, ground transportation during the trip, meals as outlined, entry to antiques fairs and dealer visits, and personalized sourcing support. It does not include flights, travel insurance, personal purchases, shipping costs or additional personal expenses.

Each trip is carefully curated, but itineraries may shift slightly due to weather, vendor availability or market schedules. Atelier Chatelaine reserves the right to make adjustments when necessary to ensure the best experience. By joining the trip, you acknowledge that this is an active experience that includes walking, standing and navigating uneven terrain in markets, villages and older buildings.

Atelier Chatelaine acts as a curator and facilitator of this experience and is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage of belongings, travel disruptions or shipping arrangements. Any purchases and shipping logistics are handled directly between you and the provider.

By completing your booking and submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Booking Terms.
