Antique Trips & Experiences — General
Antique trip experiences offered through Atelier Chatelaine Ltd are curated travel experiences intended to provide access, education, and guidance. Participation may involve walking through markets, visiting dealer locations, travelling between destinations, and interacting with independent vendors.
Financial Protection
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Atelier Chatelaine Ltd (ABTOT Member 5734), and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
- Non-flight packages
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Atelier Chatelaine Ltd.

Third-Party Services

These providers operate independently and are responsible for their own services and policies. Except where a trip is a package under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, Atelier Chatelaine Ltd is not responsible for the performance or conduct of third-party providers. Where you book a package with us, Atelier Chatelaine Ltd is responsible for the performance of the travel services included in the package, whether we or another provider perform them, as set out in those Regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Atelier Chatelaine Ltd's liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, reliance on information provided through the site, participation in services, trips, or experiences, or the purchase or use of vintage items, is excluded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law, which this clause does not override.
