Such a beautiful piece of pottery. Made in Dijon, France, this lidded terrine is a soft yellow, subtle and classic, with a beautiful handle on the lid and two on the sides of the terrine, it's definitely well made and perfectly French!

This is the prestigious Terre a feu pottery made by Sarruguemines in Digoin, complete with crazing on the inside. No cracks or chips, so in excellent condition for its age. It's a delicate but sturdy piece, perfect for any kitchen or table.

The piece measures 17 cm x 13 cm x 11 cm.

Sourced in Picardy, France.
