Shipping & Returns
When you make a purchase from us, it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Once a package is out for delivery, we are unable to interrupt or make changes to your order.
Items are dispatched after our regular processing time (up to 7 days) and shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose. You can refer to Canada Post for further information on shipping times.
Please note that during public holidays and due to COVID, delays may occur and we are unable to guarantee how long delivery may take. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 across North America! For orders under $150 a flat rate shipping charge will be applied.
PROCESSING TIMES
Preparing your order for dispatch can take between 3 to 7 days during busy periods and does not include the shipping time, which is detailed above.
RETURNS
Due to the overseas logistics necessary to procure our items, all sales are final.
Please notify us of any damaged or defective products within 7 days of receipt of product(s) at info@atelierchatelaine.com. In these circumstances, we will offer a refund or replacement, if notified within the above timescales.
