Vintage English Art 2

The George Inn, Dorchester by Featherstone Robson A vintage print by popular artist Featherstone Robson which I believe dates from the 1920's. The print is mounted on heavy card and there is a signature on the mount - F. Robson and the title of The George Inn, Dorchester. In the 1920′s he was commissioned to paint ‘popular scenes of the day’ such as Cathedrals of England, Coaching Inns, Seascapes and Pastoral scenes.

The print is in excellent condition for its age, the mount has signs of wear.

Size of mounted print: 40 cm x 26.5 cm.

Size of print: 24 cm x 17 cm.
