Our paring knives are a general purpose knife for every cook, whether you are vegan or a serious carnivore.  The smooth blade ensures a perfect cut for slicing, chopping and peeling fruits and vegetables, from cutting onions and shallots to trimming meats.

The 10cm blade made of martensitic stainless steel ensures a high hardness blade with superior corrosion resistance. While the beech wood handle is comfortable, pleasant to the touch and completely sustainable!
