Gathering Basket

 This is the perfect basket, or panier.  A lovely, large hand woven gathering basket. Gathering baskets were used for collecting fruit and vegetables or flowers from the garden, however, they are really a multipurpose basket, holding anything from towels to display in your bathroom to using it for plants. It's up to your imagination!

As a custom with a gathering basket, you'll find a raised ridge in the middle of the basket, perfect to keep different fruit or vegetables separated!
