The textured, soft linen is visually reminiscent of antique grain sacks and is 100% natural with a heavy weave and a textural slub. The brand insignia 17ème siècle “17th Century” sewn like a mending patch, represents the official date and formal beginning of the Irish linen trade led by French linen master, Louis Crommelin, in the late 1600’s. The patch is a signifier of our linen’s quality and provenance.
