SLOW DÉCOR FOR AN INTENTIONAL LIFESTYLE.

This is a special piece - an English Victorian watercolour, carefully protected in a gilt frame and behind glass. The painting is signed by the artist, dating 1903 and titled "Spectre".

The painting depicts a glorious English horse, probably a race horse called Spectre. With lovely brush strokes, attention to detail, this piece has the most amazing use of natural, Fall colours that are harmonious from the foreground and background. The gilt frame is beautiful with a raised leaf in each internal corner - detailed and in good condition for its age.

This piece measures 31cm x 39.5cm.

Please be advised that all items in our Vintage Collection are second-hand pieces with a previous life. All cosmetic marks, stains, bumps and signs of wear are part of the natural character and beauty of vintage pieces.
